Breakthrough New York (BTNY) is seeking motivated 6th grade students from low-income backgrounds to apply to their free, 10-year college success program! Learn more about the program and how to apply by January 10, 2021 at btny.org/admissions. AFBRMS will be nominating all students performing at grade level or above in core subjects by November 15th. BTNY Admissions packets are available in English, Spanish, Cantonese and Bengali.

We are also hosting an information session on Monday, 11/2 for families interested in BTNY and other college preparation programs. The session is geared toward sixth grade families, but all are welcome to attend. Join us in Ms. Niemiec’s Zoom Room at 6:00 p.m. on 11/2.
