On February 9th and 10th, (makeups on February 14), scholars will take their first school-wide assessment in ELA. This assessment allows teachers to determine what content students have mastered, where they need support, and how they should adjust their classes.

We are looking forward to this opportunity for students to show off what they’ve learned! Testing will begin in the morning after breakfast, so on-time attendance is crucial for scholars to begin testing smoothly. You can also help your scholar review by asking them to explain what they’ve learned in ELA to you and encourage a good night’s sleep. Exam scores will be shared by ELA teachers approximately 1-2 weeks after the exam.
